- Amagi reported Q4 FY26 consolidated operating revenue of Rs 397 crore, up 28.5% year-on-year.
- Total income for the quarter was Rs 421.2 crore, compared to Rs 328.5 crore a year ago.
- Consolidated profit after tax was Rs 34.3 crore, turning around from a loss of Rs 10.6 crore in Q4 FY25.
- Profit before tax stood at Rs 40.5 crore, up from Rs 56 lakh in the same quarter last year.
- Total comprehensive income was Rs 43.5 crore, versus a comprehensive loss of Rs 9.3 crore a year earlier.
- Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rs 1.54, compared to a loss per share of Rs 0.53 in Q4 FY25.
- For the full year FY26, operating revenue reached Rs 1,505.6 crore, up 29.5% from Rs 1,162.6 crore in FY25.
