- WeWork Global's affiliate 1 Ariel Way Tenant Ltd sold 2.52% stake in WeWork India Management on 14 Aug 2026.
- The deal value was ₹244.14 crore for 35 lakh equity shares at ₹697.55 apiece.
- Buyers included Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, HDFC Standard Life Insurance, and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
- Motilal Oswal entities bought 13.6 lakh shares (0.98% stake) for ₹94.9 crore.
- Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius bought 3.59 lakh shares for ₹25.04 crore.
- HDFC Standard Life Insurance bought 3.59 lakh shares for ₹25.04 crore.
- ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund bought 14.21 lakh shares for ₹99.18 crore.
