- The board approved the reduction on 16 Jul 2026, and members approved it on 25 Aug 2026.
- The application was e-filed in Form RSC-1 on 11 Sep 2026 under Section 66 read with Section 52 of the Companies Act, 2013.

- WeWork India also entered a three-year non-exclusive Platform Service Agreement with Silicon Rental Solutions.
