BigBasket's B2C arm (Innovative Retail Concepts) reported FY26 revenue of Rs 8,223 Cr, up 7.7% from Rs 7,634 Cr.
Its loss widened 66% to Rs 3,073 Cr from Rs 1,850 Cr the previous year.
The B2B arm (Supermarket Grocery Supplies) had flat revenue of Rs 2,298 Cr and an unchanged loss of Rs 102 Cr.
Combined, the two entities posted revenue of Rs 10,521 Cr (up from Rs 9,861 Cr) and a combined loss of Rs 3,175 Cr.
Losses rose sharply after BigBasket's complete pivot to quick commerce in August 2024.
Higher spending on logistics, dark stores, discounts, and customer retention drove the loss increase.
Tata Digital holds an 84.23% stake in BigBasket since acquiring it in 2021.

BigBasket's loss surge contrasts with Blinkit, which reported positive adjusted EBITDA of Rs 102 Cr in Q1 FY27.
Zepto, another quick commerce rival, had FY26 revenue of Rs 22,624 Cr and a loss of Rs 5,905 Cr.
Tata Digital's group revenue grew 12% to Rs 35,990 Cr, but its net loss widened to Rs 4,974 Cr.
