Its customers are coffee drinkers from beginners to experts, who buy in cafés, online and through its app.
It makes money from café sales and from selling packaged coffee and merchandise.
It focuses on affordable specialty coffee and teaches customers how to brew at home.
It has grown to about 250 cafés (as of Sep 2026) and is based in Bengaluru, with cafés across many Indian cities.
