Yatra reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 256.8 Cr, up 9% year-on-year.
Total income was Rs 261.5 Cr, including other income of Rs 4.8 Cr.
Revenue fell 27% sequentially from Rs 350.8 Cr in Q2 FY26.
Gross margin (RLSC) was Rs 127.7 Cr, up 23% year-on-year.
EBITDA was Rs 23.9 Cr, up 64% year-on-year; margin improved to 18.7% from 14%.
Profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 8.3 Cr, down 17% from Rs 10 Cr a year ago.
PAT fell 42% sequentially from Rs 14.2 Cr in Q2 FY26.
An exceptional item of Rs 3.8 Cr for new labour codes impacted PAT; excluding it, PAT rose 21% year-on-year.

Airline disruptions from stricter Flight Duty Time Limitation norms in December 2025 affected Q3, with an estimated air transaction value impact of ~Rs 48 Cr.
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business was partly deferred to Q4 FY26 and Q1 FY27.
The company added 40 new corporate customers in Q3, with estimated annual revenue potential of Rs 223.4 Cr.
