The details
- Simple Energy launched the Simple ONE, its first scooter, in May 2023.
- Price starts at Rs 1.45 lakh ex-showroom Bengaluru; a version with a 750W charger costs Rs 1.58 lakh.
- The scooter was first shown on 15 August 2021 with a promised price of Rs 1.10 lakh.
- The firm says it had about 1 lakh pre-bookings and has put Rs 110 crore into its Shoolagiri plant.
