- Paytm is investing €9M (≈₹99.9Cr) in its European subsidiary Paytm Europe Payments S.A.
- The investment is through subscription of 9 million equity shares at €1 each (≈₹111 per share).
- The board of Paytm Cloud Technologies Limited (PCTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of One 97 Communications, approved the investment.
- The funds will be injected into the Luxembourg-based Paytm Europe Payments S.A.
- The transaction is expected to complete by 30 June 2026.
- Paytm Europe was incorporated on 12 January 2026 and has not yet commenced operations.
- PCTL owns 100% of Paytm Europe's share capital, and ownership remains unchanged after the investment.

- Paytm is accelerating overseas expansion into UAE, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia.

- Paytm reported a FY26 net profit of ₹552Cr on operating revenue of ₹8,437Cr, compared to a net loss of ₹663Cr in FY25.
