- Hindustan Unilever Limited announced the complete acquisition of nutraceuticals brand OZiva by purchasing the remaining 49 percent stake.

- The board approved the deal under a pre-agreed valuation framework, and the transaction is expected to conclude by March 2026.
- In a separate portfolio adjustment, Hindustan Unilever divested its 19.8 percent minority stake in Nutritionalab Private Limited for ₹307 crore.
- OZiva achieved strong performance since the initial majority investment, scaling to approximately ₹480 crore in 2025.
