- Oxyzo entered the fund management business by launching its first credit fund, Oxyzo Credit Fund I (OCF-I).

- A wholly owned subsidiary called Oxyzo Investment Manager Private Limited manages the fund.
- The investment manager began operations in July 2025 after filing its first fund and got regulatory approval in November 2025.

The bigger picture

- Its parent company OfBusiness turned into a public entity called OFB Tech Limited as part of IPO preparations; the draft red herring prospectus has not been filed yet.
- The proposed OfBusiness IPO is expected to be around $1 billion.
- Oxyzo's FY25 operating revenue grew to Rs 1,207 crore from Rs 903 crore in FY24, and net profit rose to Rs 340 crore from Rs 291 crore.
