- Curefoods had filed its DRHP in June 2025.
- The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹800 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 4.85 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.
- A pre-IPO placement of up to ₹160 crore may proportionally reduce the fresh issue size.
- Selling shareholders in the OFS include Accel, Chiratae Ventures, Nordstar Partners, Iron Pillar, Alteria Capital, and Curefit Healthcare.
