- The total ESOPs are 12,74,424 equity shares (12.74 lakh).
- The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved 9,79,433 stock options for eligible employees.
- The Board of Directors approved 2,94,991 stock options for key managerial personnel and senior management.
- The ESOPs are valued at about ₹70.9 crore based on the BSE closing price of ₹556.5 per share on 25 Sep 2025.
- Each vested option entitles the holder to one equity share at an exercise price of Rs 1 per share.
- Options vest under the ESOP 2025 plan and can be exercised within five years from the vesting date.
