- Meesho announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY27, ended June 2026.
- Revenue from operations was Rs 3,713 crore, up 48% year-on-year from Rs 2,504 crore in Q1 FY26.
- Net loss narrowed 54% to Rs 133 crore from Rs 289 crore in the same quarter last year.
- Total income, including non-operating income of Rs 114 crore, stood at Rs 3,826 crore.
- Quarter-on-quarter revenue grew 5% from Rs 3,531 crore in Q4 FY26.
- Total expenses rose 43% year-on-year to Rs 3,959 crore, driven by employee benefit costs of Rs 243 crore (up 17%) and depreciation of Rs 20 crore.
- The marketplace segment reported an EBITDA loss of Rs 139 crore, while new initiatives generated Rs 6 crore revenue with an EBITDA loss of Rs 39 crore.
- Meesho acquired 100% of Singapore-based Kirana Club and an additional 0.41% stake in Indian subsidiary Retail Pulse Labs for aggregate consideration of Rs 202.08 crore.
