OTPless sells login and identity checks for mobile apps, including a method that verifies a user through the phone's SIM card instead of a texted code.
It also offers device intelligence and fraud prevention tools to spot fake or risky sign-ups.
Its buyers are app companies in fintech, shopping, streaming and education, in India and abroad; named users include Meesho, Navi, OLX and Classplus.
It most likely earns through per-use pricing on logins; the company does not publish its rates.
It says it handles over 120 million logins a month and works with 230+ telecom operators across 38+ countries.
Based in Surat, India, it was founded in 2023 and has raised about $6.5 million in two rounds.
