- Nazara Technologies reported a net loss of ₹82.5 Cr for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027.
- This marks a sharp reversal from the ₹51.3 Cr profit recorded in the same period last year.
- Total operating revenue declined by 14% to ₹428.8 Cr compared to the previous year's figures.
- The financial decline was driven by significant impairment and other losses totaling ₹84.2 Cr.
- These losses included a ₹21.8 Cr write-off related to Pokerbaazi and Moonshine assets.
- An additional ₹62.4 Cr in losses came from investments in associated companies.
- The company also deconsolidated NODWIN Gaming after its stake dropped below 50%.
- Despite the loss, EBITDA margin improved slightly to 10.8% from 9.5% in the prior year.
