Operating revenue for the quarter was ₹307.2 crore, up 6% year-on-year.
Total income including other income stood at ₹355.9 crore.
Total expenses rose 6% year-on-year to ₹231.2 crore.
Operating EBITDA for Q4 was ₹88.8 crore, up 3.2% year-on-year.
Full FY26 net profit fell 15% to ₹497 crore, while revenue grew 6% to ₹1,213.9 crore.
CFO Abhishek Bansal resigned after about 12 years; his last day is April 15.

It connects users with businesses across categories like services, shopping, and travel.
The platform had 5.5 crore active listings as of end-March 2026.
It added 18.8 lakh listings in Q4 alone.
Geocoded listings reached 4.1 crore, up 25.4% year-on-year.
Traffic is predominantly mobile, with 85.6% share.
