Info Edge appointed Himanshu Agarwal as CFO and Additional Director, effective 17 Sep 2026.
Agarwal is also proposed as Whole-time Director for a 5-year term from 17 Sep 2026 to 16 Sep 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
He has over 30 years of experience in finance leadership, corporate governance, M&A, and business transformation.
Agarwal was inducted into the Risk Management Committee and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting Committee from 17 Sep 2026.
Ambarish Raghuvanshi, who served as Interim CFO since 20 Nov 2025, will step down at close of business on 16 Sep 2026.
