Dhruva Space, a Hyderabad-based full-stack space engineering company, has partnered with Sodern ArianeGroup of France.
Sodern will deploy its HORUS star tracker on a Dhruva Space payload mission under the LEAP initiative.
The mission is scheduled for launch in 2026.
The HORUS payload will be integrated onto Dhruva Space's P-30 nanosatellite platform.
The P-30 platform's structure and subsystems were space-qualified via the LEAP-TD mission on ISRO's PSLV-C58 POEM-3 in 2024.
Dhruva Space has also selected Sodern's Auriga star tracker as its preferred attitude determination solution for upcoming missions.

The partnership was announced during the HCIM Business Delegation to France and Italy led by Minister Piyush Goyal.
Sanjay Nekkanti, CEO of Dhruva Space, represented the company and the FICCI Space & Geospatial Data Committee as Co-Chair at the delegation.
