The details
- Nexus Venture Partners sold 1.2 crore Delhivery shares at ₹442 each for ₹530.4 crore via block deals on 8 April 2026.
- Nexus Venture Partners sold another 40 lakh Delhivery shares at ₹465 each for ₹186 crore via block deals on 15 April 2026.
- The total sale amount across both transactions was ₹716.4 crore (about $77 million).
- Buyers on 8 April included Alphamine, BNP Paribas, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and SBI Mutual Fund.
- Nippon India Mutual Fund and SBI Mutual Fund each bought 45.75 lakh shares worth ₹202.2 crore on 8 April.
- Buyers on 15 April included Morgan Stanley, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and Viridian Asia Opportunities Master Fund.
- Nexus has been steadily reducing its stake in Delhivery since the company's 2022 IPO.

- Nexus Venture Partners held 10.26% stake at Delhivery's IPO in 2022, which has now fallen below 3% after the April 2026 sales.
